Mould
Our products are high quality, lightweight and easy
to install. In our 250,000 sq. ft. manufacturing plant,
we implement in-house cad-cam capabilities for precision
and exact specifications. Products listed can also be
manufactured in GFRC, GRG, or FRP. Our eps block mold
starts with a 4 foot , by 2 foot by 18 foot block of
mold which can be aged in our high tech kilns for Radco
approved foam board or shapes, for the eifs industry.
Our EPS is of the highest grade, with no regrind, guaranteeing
it as 100% virgin eps foam. We challenge any other eps
manufacturer on the east coast to manufacture such a
product. This makes for less sanding on eifs projects,
saving labor in the field. We also, make crisp foam
shapes, with our in house equalizer 3d cad cutting equipment.
This equipment is available for sale also. Many products
below can be eps hot wire cad cut to any standard or
custom specification. Email or fax us your print and
we will price and deliver the product in lickety split
time.
