The rubber mold is made with a cradle for support, and we can spray, or cast many types of materials. Materials such as Fiberglass, Glass fiber reinforced Plaster (GRG) PCI Certified GFRC, to simulate terracotta, or limestone in virtually any color or texture. Also, the cast product can be poured in high density polyurethane foam from our Decker mold system, In some cases, we have hand sculpted ones and twos in EPS foam and coated with our high impact acrythane hard coat, and the finishes created by spray or scenic applications. No matter what the quantity, you can afford our processes. Our manufacturing technique has been used on historic restorations from Boston, to New York City into Chicago, and approved by all local historical societies for tax Credit certifications.
